How to Share the Gospel Even If You're Not a Preacher | Sadie Robertson Huff & Willie Robertson
Sadie loves nothing more than talking about the Lord and His Word with her dad - and as it happens Willie Robertson just wrote a book all about sharing the Gospel with others! Willie is here to set the record straight: reading the Bible and studying about God is not a gift, so stop letting that be your excuse for why you can't talk with people about the Gospel! As Willie puts it: if you know the hope of heaven you should be sharing it with others! Get your copy of Willie's book, "Gospeler" here: www.thomasnelson.com/p/gospeler-book/

    Look here, lady. I don't care who your daddy is. I'm the wife, the wife of Jesus Christ. You're out of order. You're inconsistent your contrary and frankly. You're very unwise if you knew him. You'd know that if you don't believe what I just said, ask him, he will tell you don't believe me, but stay off my feetd Silly woman.

    Sadie, Idk if you’ll see this message. Thank you for such an inspiring and God driven message. You have found your call in life. You have a beautiful disposition and spirit that many in the ministry lack. Continue to teach Gods word and lift up those around you. Remember it is a gift you have. God has given it to you to spread His word so you can teach others about His love and His gospel of truth. God bless you as you continue in His service 🙏

    So we need to “call men higher”…but tell women that they’re a “valuable princess.” Got it. That’s one of the reasons why churches are majority female these days…

    Saw the movie. Enjoyed it. Loved seeing Stryper and Eddie Degarmo portrayed - a couple of my heroes. Not sure what the dad had to apologize for. OK, so he was depressed because he was having a hard time finding a job. Men have a God-given desire to provide for their families, and so it would totally makes sense that he would feel inadequate for not being able to provide. In the movie, the father was sort of villainized, while the mother was held up as the savior of all things and the hero of the movie. That’s the way it tends to go in our culture. Husbands and fathers are minimized and expendable, while women can do no wrong.

    • @TeresaCarrico-et8mu
      @TeresaCarrico-et8mu День тому

      He needed to apologize for how he exploded his emotional turmoil towards his daughter. I do not think he was villianized. I think he was trying his best to do what needed to be done, but he did not feel as though he should unload his fears and anxiety onto anyone...even with his dad he still kept his simmering stuff down. When his dad died you could see he could not hear what his wife was telling him and it was part of his grief process. I think it still needs to be said that men talking out emotions and showing vulnerability should not be frowned upon and made to feel less of a man for doing so...he needed a friend he could seriously talk to and trust, but instead chose to keep his pride instead of accepting the grace that was shown by the new community he was surrounded by. He let it all boil til kaboom and hurt his daughter. Not sure why you think his reaction needed no apology. Sometimes being humble and reaching out and accepting help is manly as it helps avoid saying hurtful things to those you love the most.

    I think speaking for myself mostly.. that we love seeing a man be a father. The enemy has been doing his best to make this place a fatherless society and I never got to have this connection with my dad. So I think us woman crave that from our Heavenly Father but physically too. Thank you so much for sharing a piece of this love with so many. It’s encouraging.
